Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, testing, and maintaining Java-based web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while debugging and resolving issues in existing applications.
- Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to implement project requirements.
- Use SQL and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) to design and optimize database structures for web applications.
- Assist in integrating third-party APIs and deploying applications on web servers.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for the code and application processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Java web development.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure applications function seamlessly across devices and browsers.
- Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Java programming language.
- Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with web servers like Apache Tomcat is a plus.
- Ensure precision in coding and application design.
