Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing Linux-based applications.
- Identify and fix bugs in existing Linux applications.
- Write and optimize shell scripts for automation.
- Support in customizing the Linux kernel and developing device drivers.
- Work with package managers like APT, YUM, or Pacman.
- Optimize applications for better performance on Linux systems.
- Work with developers, testers, and DevOps teams.
- Use Git for source code management.
- Write technical documentation and user guides.
- Implement security best practices in Linux applications.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, etc.).
- Experience with C, C++, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with GCC, GDB, Make, and CMake.
- Understanding of Linux networking and system administration.
- Exposure to MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Experience with Git or GitHub.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Virtual Machines is a plus.
- Passion for Linux development and open-source technologies.
